Q: Do i need to sign in to make a purchase
A: No! You can check out as a guest.
Q: How do i know my order went through?
A: You will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, your order has not been processed. Please email sales@tylerjameshomedecor.com if you do not see an email with your order details within 24 hours. Also please check that the email is not in a spam or junk folder.
Q: Why doesn't the USPS website recognize the tracking number for an order I placed?
A: It takes USPS 24-48 business hours to update their site with tracking information.
Q: How long do orders typically take to arrive?
A: All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 2 days form when they are received (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Our standard shipping fee is free for all orders and the estimate timelines for transit and final delivery are 2-7 days. When you order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Q: I've received my order and an item is missing or incorrect. What should i do?
A: If for whatever reason an item is missing in your package please contact us at sales@tylerjameshomedecor.com to confirm if all the items were in one package or if other packages are still in route to you with the missing items. If out customer service representative discovers that there are no additional tracking numbers we will simply replace the missing items free of charge. New tracking numbers will be provided for the missing items once they are shipped.
Q: What to do if my items arrive damaged?
A: We have to be notified immediately upon receipt if there are any damages or defects to the items. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and original box has to be packaged exactly as manufacture packed it. Once the item arrives back at our warehouse a credit or refund will be issued.
Q: I'm not going to be in the delivery location on delivery day. Do i have to sign for the package?
A: Parcel orders via FedEx and UPS are delivered without a signature required.
