Refunds and Returns

Merchandise returns regardless of reason must have authorization.

Any returns due to buyers remorse must be in original package and in re-sellable condition and be returned within 30 days of receipt and returned at the customers expense.

Refund or store credit will then be given once the item is received back at the warehouse and determined in good condition. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

We have to be notified of all returns / exchanges within 30 days from the day the order was placed.

We have to be notified upon receipt if the are any defects to the items. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund. Merchandise must be in original factory condition and original box has to be packaged exactly as manufacture packed it.
